|Because I'm such a fan of controversy.

What's the controversy? It's just a statement of facts. We all should know how to shoot a gun by the age of four, you never know when you are gonna need to use it.
LOL. Wow. You know, when kindergarten gets too tough.
God I hope you're joking.
I agree, today at the supermarket, I saw this old lady in front of me. God, she took forever to get done. I wish my parents had learned me to shoot at age 4, then I could have blasted her head off. People like that, don't deserve to live.
(and yes, I'm sarcastic)
What's so funny/sad is I bet there are kids out there that know how to shoot at that age. I knew how to by 1st grade. My uncles taught me. I've known kids that have gotten guns for birthdays before they could walk. In fact, I think my husband's dad bought him one the day he was born. He was going to give it to him when he got old enough to go hunting. He wasn't old enough to hunt by age 4 or so when his parents divorced, so I don't know what the age would have been.
Yeah, it's really sad, really scary.
In could shoot by that age...my tight index finger gun was deadly at all ranges...and my left
OH man my two gun tex stance KKKkkkkPoW was deadly.
Just crazy. I think with the money you spend on a gun it would be a lot better to be spent on an instrument... A trumpet or flute, you know?
Ah but you're forgetting that to some people a gun offers amusement. Think of hunters and people that shoot the flying disks. Also, learning to play an instrument is much harder than learning how to shoot.
But has much more good things that come from it.. no murder for starters..
No arguments here. I much prefer music over guns even though I'm a good shot. I'm just playing devil's advocate ;)
