I guess it depends on the type of soup you are making. If you are making split pea, it would be bad. But if you are making baked potato, mmmm potato.

Yes, it is similar to a Cream of Potato soup, but has all the "toppings" that a baked potato would have i.e. bacon bits, chives/green onions, sour cream (light on real cream/milk), cheese, etc.

Of course for vegitarians sub boca bacon crumbles or totally fake bacon bits. Vegans, well sorry not really vegan friendly.

Bummer. I'm a vegetarian, and I bet it wouldn't be the same withouot the bacon..

Though I could make the fake bacon.. Now I'm intrigued. Must look for recipe.
