According to NASA, February 1865 had a full moon on the 10th. However, Februaries without full moons aren't that rare. It happens any time (in a non-leap year) that a full moon occurs on January 31, and about half of years where it occurs on January 30. In the 20th century, 1915, 1934, 1961, and 1999 had Februaries without full moons.
I was wondering about that. Stupid fact site. lol. I wish I still had the huge list I compiled. I've been having some issues feeling motivated to collect good stuff again because it took so much time and all it takes is a computer crash to kill it. blah
