And....I read that fan thing already, but I don't remember where.
umm.....nothing? :/ A cold. I don't seem to get sick, ever.
I hope it wasn't here! lol. That'd be soo sad if I started repeating posts because I've been away so long.
And right? It's vile. All I'm gonna say is vomiting phlegm is even worse then it sounds.
And lucky! This started as a cold and then I guess made a deal with satan to settle in my chest. I just have a pretty poor immune system I think. I've got a kidney infection too, so I think my body was dealing with that and the cold seized power.
In my most recent encounter with the NHS, my doctor refused to diagnose me with allergy - "'cause if it's the cat, what are you going to do? throw it out?"
I tried to argue that if we would find out the cause of the symptoms first, then I could deal with the cat later, if and when it turned out to be the cat.
She didn't buy that argument. Weird, considering she's german.
*blink* Wth!? LOL. Wow. Maybe time to go see someone else? *hugs*
Pneumonia. Almoooost over it now.
Oh man!!! *hugs* Glad to hear you're at the end of it.
Aww, feel better!
Hypothyroidism, quite a while ago though, I haven't gotten really sick since I quit smoking two years ago.
Glad to hear it. Congrats on quitting smoking! *hugs* I think this bronchitis might be the last little push I need. We'll see. So what exactly is hypothyroidism? I feel like I should know, but I don't.
Well I just got back from the doctor for a fractured foot.
And, um... Fans?
Oww!! How many places? Are you on crutches, or do they have you in one of those walking boot/casts? -- And aargh. I thought it sounded really familiar. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I updated with a new factoid, added for my idiocy.
Actually I think the last time I was actually diagnosed as having anything, it was the gestational diabetes. That was shortly after being diagnosed as pregnant though! :D
Those do often go hand in hand! You had to drink that fanta tasting stuff, right? How was it having gestational diabetes. I imagine it couldn't have been too fun. :(
it was anemia. lack of iron, boo!
before that it was pregnancy. haha... pregnancy as an ailment.. haha.
Ferrous Sulfate is your friend! ;)
And lol, right? I don't know man. It sure makes the body act like it's sick. haha. Or at least mine.
Ugh. Bronchitis is no fun. My most recent ailment was a cold, so not a big deal. I usually try and ignore it when I'm sick anyway.
I try too, but then it usually spirals into something worse. lol. I'm not a good example of ignore it and it'll go away. I've had bad luck in that department.
Just upper respiratory infection, near bronchitis. Bronchitis be icky :(
It really is. Last night I nearly went into the ER for it. I'm so glad I was able to be snuck in for an appointment. Upper Resp's are no fun either. *hugs* You doing much better now I hope?
I had THRUSH. It is a mouth infection you can get when you take antibiotics! A MOUTH INFECTION?! Groooooooss!
And just so you know, Random updates make me so happy. :) <3<3
OH man!! My kid had thrush I think when he was born, because he had to be on some antibiotics but I thought it only happened to little ones. I didn't know adults could get it! That's crazy!! What do they do for adults with it? And is it awful? It seemed awful when he had it, but he was too little to tell me details of it's ickiness. *hugs*
I'm home sick with a cold today. Aside from not being able to move from the couch, it's fabulous. I've caught up on The Closer and ate a banana split for breakfast. If only I didn't have to keep blowing my nose every three seconds.
2/3 aren't bad, right? *hugs* It is nice to catch up on tv and books when you're sick. It's like the only perk there is. lol I hope you're feeling much better soon.
A tilted pelvis/uterus. Funfunfun.
And yes, vomiting phlegm definitely ISN'T fun. I can barely cough it up, so doing that is like.. torture, really.
Also, recently (and also a few years ago) I end up getting sick every morning WITHOUT FAIL (not pregnant, however) so I need to get that checked out. Eventually. It's progressed though to getting sick intermittently throughout the day, then feeling absolutely fine until it happens again. It's really wierd.
Oh man!!! *HUGS* And they never found out why? What are they doing/can they do for the tilted pelvis, uterus?
Lyme disease for me thanks, feel better I know how much those kind of infections can suck.
Oh man!! *hugs* They caught it in time, right? You took the medicine and you're doing better?
I wasn't really diagnosed with anything, but last time I saw a doctor of any kind, he gave me glasses to wear while on the computer or reading. That was a long time ago, and they got stolen after the first few weeks; I couldn't afford new ones. My vision is much poorer now. :(
Oh man!! That sucks! *HUGS*
Can you get a new pair now? You should try, or itll only get worse. :(

re: ailments and madness
Oh, no! I hope you feel better soon!
The most recent ailment to hit me with? Going back to grad school. Ugh. Yuck.
LOL. I haven't had that particular ailment. I hear it's expensive! *HUGS*
And thanks, love.
