Sex & War.. ahh the constants. [Aug. 13th, 2008|04:43 pm]
[mood |anxiousanxious]
[music |CNN - Fortress New York]

Opinion time! I'm asking for yours!

Have you been following what's going on with Georgia and Russia?

What are your opinions?

There's some information if you're in the dark, or pop on CNN. I've been following it pretty closely the last few days.. and I really REALLY think this could get bad. And fast. And I think this could be a lot more scary then the Iraqi/Afghanistan conflict, and we all kow how many people have died from that conflict.

And I'm especially interested in my Russian and international journallers views as well about this. So please, I welcome your comments and want to know your opinions.

And unrelated...

Have some turtle sex.

Thank god we didn't let them into NATO, otherwise it would be WWIII time. Being involved in a proxy war with Russia is bad enough. We'll provide material support, and this crap will continue, but in the end the Russians will get whay they want. We simply don't have any leverage here, especially after Iraq. Best case, the settle up and Georgia takes one in the ass. Worst case, WWIII, and I'm not kidding. The Russians are feeling their oats on this one, and we get invovlved at our own peril.

Meanwhile, thousands die or have their lives destroyed because of idiotic geopolitics. Its not worth it, and we've got to find a way to stop this shit. Ideaology means nothing compared to a human life. When the hell are we going to learn that?

I'm not sure we ever will. *sigh* And you're right. I think it may still be WWIII time. I've got a bad feeling about this.
