In the beauty industry an olive shade of powder is known as Rachel. The shade was named after a French tragic actress who was famous for her natural facial color. Sadly, her unique skin tone resulted from tuberculosis, which killed her in 1858 at the age of thirty-seven.

I hate that... I hate feeling imperfect, and like I have to be thin. I hate feeling ugly. >.<

Pencil stick figures really are NOT that atractive...

It's sad that people who aren't pencil thin have to feel bad about themselves. Some people are normally pencil thin, and others normally a lot larger, and unfortunately the media doesn't accept this. So many kids, and adults have eating disorders all over because of this. It's very, very sad.

One of these days I'm going to have someone sky-write, "SKINNY DOES NOT EQUAL BEAUTIFUL!" in huge letters all across the horizon. It grieves me that some people refuse to believe that appearance isn't everything. And I know alot of women who would actually look more attractive if they went out and ate a sandwich or something.

I'm not so sure. It sure isn't that way in many of the European countries I've visited. And it's not like that in Australia as my understanding from friends that are living there have told me...
