All Oscar-nominated films for Best Picture in 1998 (at the March 1999 ceremony) took place more than 50 years before the film was released. The Best Picture winner was Shakespeare in Love, and the other nominees that year were Saving Private Ryan, Life Is Beautiful, The Thin Red Line and Elizabeth.

Finding Neverland in my opinion is one of the best movies that has been out in years.

And The Thin Red Line was all right.. not my kind of movie at all.

Oooh, what was The Thing Red Line about?

I agree with you on Finding Neverland.

At this point in time, though, I think it's only won an Oscar for music...

(I think. I can't be sure because I just got down from feeding the horses, and it could have won something else while I was gone.).
