This is CRAZY!! Paul McCartney from "Give My Regards to Broad Street" and a really awesome dancer. Wow!! Seriously, one of the better dance things I've ever seen. And Linda does futuristic robot girl really well.

And:

The Arctic Tern (Sterna paradisaea) may be a small bird, but it undertakes the world's longest migration each year when it travels almost from pole to pole. After breeding in the Arctic Circle, these birds migrate during the Northern Hemisphere winter to the border of the Antarctic ice pack. The roundtrip migration is almost equal to flying all the way around the earth -- totaling approximately 21,750 miles (35,000 kilometers).

You must be like me and have no internal body clock. You seem to be up and posting at all hours. Ever since the whole McCartney divorce thing I've decided the whole world is mad. Linda must be furious in heaven right now.

I know, right? I'm really irritated with that Mills woman.

And yeah, my sleep-clock is all screwed up.

The shape of the Terns wings enables them to glide, fortunately. There is a hummingbird that migrates a long distance too - I forget the details, but that is a feat, given that they cannot stop to fuel when crossing the ocean, and they require a lot of energy to beat their wings.

I love that video! I like that Paul and the rest of the band don't take themselves too seriously.
(and that bird needs some counselling)
