Every year, surgical tools are left in approximately 1,500 patients in the USA. Heavier patients are more prone to having a surgical tool left inside of them due to the additional amount of space in their bodies.

doctors are not very good at all with that kind of stuff. they're like "oops there goes the pokey thing...well at least i got the tumor out!". I have never had surgery...but i might have to. *dies*

What might you need surgery for? I've had 5 or 6. Hard to keep track.

I have an extra rib that juts out and might be pressing on my lungs which is making it hard for me to breathe. its so gross. i feel incredibly deformed :(
