Soldiers arrived to fight the battle of Marne in World War 1 - Not on foot or by miniltary airplane, or military vehicle - but by taxi cabs. France took over all the taxi cabs in Paris to get soldiers to the front line.
And Wow. Australian 80's cologne commercial. Quite awesome.
Bet they'd still get lost. Paris taxis suck ass.
lol.. I think the soldiers were driving though. I don't think the Cabbies were taking them. I think they just commandeered the vehicles. Unless the vehicles themselves are like Christine or something.
That is the scariest ad I have ever seen.
As for the taxi cab thing, I actually knew about that...thanks to my insane global teacher.
