Does Chuck have any brothers or sisters? [Sep. 30th, 2006|01:40 am]

Cleopatra, the famous Egyptian queen noted for her beauty and wisdom, was a direct descendant of four generations of brother-and-sister marriages. Not only was Cleopatra the daughter of brother and sister, but her parents were born of brother and sister, who were likewise inbred. Cleopatra herself married two of her own brothers, and afterwards killed them.

And Chuck Norris doing facts about himself.

Wow. That's keepin' it in the family.

I did a scene from Antony and Cleopatra... and like a bad student, didn't read the whole play. LOL I have trouble getting thru the history plays. I wonder if that was ever brought up.

Aww. Antony and Cleopatra could be catergorized more as a romance/tragedy then a History, I think. Weren't the History's like the Henry's and the Richard's?

Yeah you're probably right. If the focus is more romance that ends sourly, it's probably more tragic.

But man there's a lot of political military stuff to drag thru in Ant/Cleo.

(But then, could you classify Henry IV as partly tragi-history, with Katherine/Hotspur?? aaah shakespeare...)

I just don't think that Shakespeare wrote Antony and Cleopatra to be history based, even though it is, you know? I don'tremember where it was classified in his folios. Meh. *shrug* Not gonna drag out my book. lol It's in storage.
