According to a recent poll, the cult movie/series that is believed to have the most interesting group of followers is The Rocky Horror Picture Show at 50.9 percent of the votes, followed by Star Trek at 23.9 percent

I would wager that Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars fans can't be too far off either... :)

Star Wars and LotR fans are WAY cooler than Star Trek fans.

Well, ok... except for the greasy dudes who buy up all the rare figures to sell at their kiosks, and know the backstory of every minor character in the Cantina.    :(

But hey, you can find people like that in any hobby.

hehe. I used to make up stories for the cantina folk, but that's because I roleplayed Star Wars.

So I may have just trumped your aforementioned "Star Wars fans are way cooler!" theory. hehe

Hey, but that's totally cool and in appropriate context, if you are roleplaying.

What I am talking about is the kind of rabid fanboys who will run up and butt into the middle of a stranger's conversation and be like "WRONG! Kars Lashik was born on Dantooine, NOT Yavin 4!!!!" LOL.
