Britian’s Vegetarian Society launched an advertising campaign in movie theatres portraying vegetables as sex objects. The 40 second spots, which the group made to spice up vegetables boring imagine, involve suggestively shaped chilies, melon fondling and a flaccid asparagus. “We tried to avoid the real chiche’s like cucumbers and eggplants.” Said the organizations head of public affairs, Chris Dessent, who added the spots have no cauliflower. “Just couldn’t make cauliflower sexy. We succeded with a bean though. We shot a male hand gently tickling one.”
