An inspection report filed by the Alburquerque Environmental Health Department warned that the Ice House, a nude dancing club, posed a sanitation risk. Noting that one of the acts at the club consisted of dancer Stephanie Evans expelling ping-pong balls from her vagina. The report pointed out that the balls could land on food or in drinks being consumed by patrons.
