Remember, remember the fifth of November.
Gunpowder, Treason and Plot.
I see no reason why Gunpowder Treason
Should ever be forgot.

Remeber, remember the fifth of November.
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
Was Guy Fawkes a devil, the Stuarts all saints?
Are we glad that they stopped him, or not?

I prefer to remember the 6th of November, because that's my mother's birthday.

That's cool. My Mom's birthday was the fifth of March. But it doesn't sound as cool.

Seriously! I have a copy of the V monologue and totally can't do it, and I'm pretty good with words. I am most impressed.

There hasn't been quite the gentleman as Guy Fawkes in a long while.

PS: V for Vendetta, awesome film.

My comments

Bonfire night <3.

Also, there was a second succesful plot that did burn down the houses of parliament.

I haven't seen V for Vendetta. Or read the comic. Because neither appeal to me.

But bonfire night is so fun. "PENNY FOR THE GUY!!" etc etc
