That's rather icky.

Police in Peterborough, Canada, arrested a 26-year-old man discovered in a women’s public outhouse by a woman using the facility. The woman happened to peer down through the toilet seat and saw him looking up at her. Police theorized that the man climbed down through the seat into the outhouse holding area.
