Harrison Ford played the school principal in E.T., but his only scene was cut because Spielberg decided his presence would be too distracting. Ford's then-wife Melissa Mathison wrote the screenplay.
And a bull in a china shop. :) Mythbusters rocks.
Haha. Harrison, haha.
Mythbusters is great. Bulls were smarter than they thought!
I love Mr. Ford. ;) That would have only made ET cooler in my opinion.
And wasn't that awesome?!
I didn't even know who he was back then, until the fugitive.
Oh, really? Indiana Jones and Star Wars raised me... lol
Still haven't seen Star Wars, and only bits and pieces of Indiana Jones. I've been deprived.
Oh darlin', you're missing out.
They are on my to-watch list.
Y'know, I think I'd have pushed for the scene to be kept in...
Plus, Harrison Ford = awesome.
haha i watched that mythbusters episode a few weeks ago. it was insane =)
I loved Harrison Ford in "Witness". That was the first time I'd seen him on any screen. I think he's aged better than most, but I wish he'd lose the earring.
I also think "Mythbusters" should put my 2 yr old niece Sammy "The Bull" in a china shop and see what happens......
Yeah, I don't like the earring either, but you know he's gotta do what he's gotta do.
And LOL. Send little random with him, and there'd be hell to pay. lol

Wow. I didn't know.
Reminds me of a summer that I spent at an actuarial school where one of the key people had a surname of Sample. I'd joke that he had kids named Frieda (Free) and Randy M. OK, I was like 14, and thought that the puns were funny.

See? And it only took 30 years for someone else to agree. :-)
