Police in Peabody, Massachusettes, charged Gilbert DaSilva, 46, with slicing another man’s penis during an argument over the comparative sizes of their organs in a downtown bar. Police Captain J. Stephen Begley said that the dispute climaxed when the victim “exposed himself” and DaSilva pulled a knife and slashed at the victims organ, almost severing it. The victim said to be in his fifties, went to the hospital, where his penis was surgically reattached.
